Mireille BINOUX (1929-2014) - Lot 15
Mireille BINOUX (1929-2014) Morvan landscape (Challementeau lower garden), 1967 Oil on canvas, signed lower right 81x100 cm Framed In the late 1960s, the Binoux couple bought a house in the Nièvre hamlet of Challementeau. As in Bougival, she set up her studio high up, overlooking the landscape. For over thirty years, Mireille Binoux painted the Morvan, which she cherished so deeply. Untiringly, through the seasons, she explored its undulating relief and infinite nuances.
