Henri de TOULOUSE-LAUTREC (1864-1901), after The Old Butterflies, 1895/1978 Original lithograph from the album "Quatorze lithographies originales de Toulouse-Lautrec pour illustrer des chansons", AC Mazo et Cie Editeurs, Paris, 1978, limited edition of 450 numbered copies, our plate justified 153/450 in pencil at the bottom left 33,8 x 26 cm (at sight) Reference: Delteil 129-142; Wittrock, 124-137; Adhémar 158-172; Adrien 145-158 The lithographs were made with the original lithographic stones engraved by Toulouse-Lautrec for the Joubert editions in 1895. The fourteen stone matrices were found in the basement of the Joubert publishing house and were reprinted, with the permission of the owner, at the Atelier Mourlot in Paris and published by Editions AC Mazo Cie, in 1978. After this edition, the stones of Toulouse-Lautrec were scratched and given to the Cabinet des Estampes of the National Library, no more printing being possible. A certificate of authenticity established by the director of the Société des éditions d'art de Francony dated July 1, 1980 is attached
