Terms of payment :

Payment by credit card, bank transfer and cheque. Cash within the limit of 1000 € for French residents and 15000 € for foreign residents.

Artenchères is at your disposal for a more detailed state of preservation report, on request.

Photographic reproductions may not give a completely accurate picture of the actual condition of a lot, in particular because the colours or shadows appearing on the reproduction may differ from what a direct observer would perceive. The dimensions of the Lots are given as an indication, with a reasonable margin of error (less than 10%). Not all defects are visible on the photographs, and the appreciation of the colours may differ according to the screen.

Our Auction House no longer accepts telephone bids for items estimated at less than 100 euros. You still have the possibility to give us a purchase order or to bid directly in Live.

Concerning Asian art, our auction house no longer accepts purchase orders or telephone bids. Thank you for bidding via Live.

The selling fees are 25.2% VAT included in voluntary (Live Interchannel Live + 3.6% VAT included / Drouot Live + 2.16% VAT included) and 14.28% VAT included in legal proceedings.

Lots preceded by an asterisk are presented at the judicial tariff.

Shipments - Transport:

- Recovery directly to our study on RV

- Mandate a third person to come and collect your purchases (please let us know the identity of the person by email).

- Use Mail Boxes Etc : devis@mbelyon.fr or any other carrier of your choice.

- Buy a Colissimo box and send it to us for the shipment of your lot

Lots must be withdrawn within 15 days after the sale. Beyond the 10 € per object and per day will be charged a security fee.

In order not to contribute to the spread of the Covid-19 virus, exhibitions will be limited to 10 people in slots of 30 minutes. The sale will be limited to 60 people. Prior registration by e-mail or telephone and respect of the barrier gestures (wearing a mask, hydroalcoholic gel, social distancing).
